These guidelines protect those values. Please read and follow them.

👤 Profile Rules

• You must be 18+ to join CreateSpark.
• Use your real identity. No fake names, impersonation, or duplicate accounts.
• Profile photo: show your face clearly. No heavy filters, memes, or avatars.
• Fill out your creative roles honestly — this helps others find you.

🤝 Behavior Rules

• Be respectful. Speak kindly. Listen first.
• No bullying, insults, or harassment — in comments, chats, or messages.
• Feedback is welcome only if someone asks. Be constructive.
• CreateSpark is not a dating app. No romantic or sexual invitations.
• Treat others as collaborators, not followers or competitors.

🖼 Artistic Nudity & Erotic Content

CreateSpark allows artistic nudity and sensual content when it's part of creative work.

• Artistic photography, painting, performance, or poetry that includes nudity or erotic themes.
• Content with clear aesthetic or emotional intent — not made for arousal.

• Pornographic material or sexual content made for stimulation.
• Close-ups or emphasis on genitals, penetration, or sex acts.
• Sexualized content involving minors (reported immediately).

• Do not use erotic content in your profile photo or public forums.
• Add a description or tags to give context.
• Use “mature” tags or visibility settings where available.

Ask yourself: “Could this appear in a gallery, art book, or serious portfolio?”

When unsure — ask us.

🎨 Creative Work

• Share only your own work. Don’t upload content you didn’t create.
• Always credit collaborators.
• Clearly describe your projects and their purpose.
• Keep your portfolio focused on your roles (e.g., model, writer, photographer).

🧵 Project & Chat Rules

• Use project chats for relevant discussion. No off-topic flooding.
• Respect others’ time. Respond to applications.
• Projects must be for collaboration, not promotion or recruiting.
• Don’t offer paid work unless it's clearly explained and legal.

🚫 Not Allowed

• Hate speech, discrimination, or violent content.
• Spam, scams, or misleading links.
• Promoting or selling drugs, weapons, or services.
• Impersonation or fake profiles.
• Uploading private messages or personal data without permission.
• No CSAE: We have zero tolerance for any content that depicts or supports child sexual abuse or exploitation. Such material will be removed immediately, and we may report users posting it to law enforcement.
• No Grooming or Exploitation: Any attempt to contact or ‘groom’ minors for sexual purposes is strictly prohibited and will also result in termination and potential legal actions.

📢 Reporting & Moderation

• Report violations through the platform.
• We use human and automated moderation.
• Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans.
• No guarantee of appeal, but all reports are reviewed.

💤 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no activity for 2 years may be deleted to protect privacy and system resources.

🧍‍♀️Offline Safety

• Meet only in public places.
• Inform someone you trust before meeting collaborators offline.
• Don’t share your phone number or address in public chats.
